Most residential installations are completed in a single day — typically four to six hours. Commercial roller shutters may require two days depending on width and structural work needed.
Yes — in most cases we can retrofit our WaveOpener 3 system to an existing sectional or tilt-up door. During the free site survey we will confirm compatibility and give you an exact quote.
We recommend an annual service visit to lubricate moving parts, check spring tension and cable integrity, test safety reversal, and inspect the opener motor. This keeps the system operating quietly and safely and protects your warranty.
All door panels carry a 10-year manufacturer warranty. Opener motors carry a 3-year warranty. Labour on all installations is covered for 12 months from the date of completion.
